3″ x 3″ 11 gauge steel with 1′ hole size that are 2″ apart (when measuring from the center of each hole). This rack is able to take attachments from all of the major brands. It comes with 4 90″ uprights, a pull-up bar, all of the appropriate cross-members, as well as a pair of j-hooks, a pair of safety catches, and a pair of stabilizer feet. It is a flat foot design offering extra stability. It also includes floor mounting hardware (floor mounting is optional, the stabilizer feet offer plenty of extra stability).
