4. Return Policy

a) Brand New, Unopened Products:

• Eligible for full refund within 14 days of purchase

b) Opened But Unused Products:

• Must be in new condition
• Eligible for 75% refund (25% restocking fee applies)
• Must be within 14 days of purchase

c) Used Products:

• Not eligible for return

5. Pickup Policy

a) Requirements:

• Valid order confirmation required at pickup
• Customer responsible for appropriate vehicle size
• Customer responsible for loading
• Orders must be picked up during business hours

b) Business Hours:

• Monday–Saturday: 10am–7pm
• Sunday: 10am–4pm
• Holiday hours will be posted on Google Maps

c) Failed Pickup:

• Must email within 24 hours of missed pickup to reschedule
• Multiple failed pickup attempts may result in order cancellation

a) At Pickup:

• Customers must inspect products during loading
• Any visible issues must be reported immediately

b) Post-Pickup:

• Issues must be reported within 48 hours of pickup
• Reports must include photographs

7. Cancellation Policy

• Orders may be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement
• Refunds will be processed minus payment processing fees
• Cancellation requests must be submitted through our contact page

• Keep children away from equipment
• Use proper safety gear
