  • Review your space, training style, and goals so we know what you actually need.
  • Talk realistic budget ranges for your room or garage.
  • Confirm if you're a good fit for our Home Gym Build Plan & Install Blueprint, a paid, deep-dive design package that is credited into your project if you build with us.

If you qualify and it makes sense, we'll invite you to move forward with the paid Build Plan & Install Blueprint on a follow-up call.

If a full custom build isn't the right move, we'll point you to the best next step.

To get the most out of your call, it helps to have these 3 things ready:
  1. Take a few photos or a short video of your space. Front, back, and each side is perfect. Garage, basement, or room.
  2. Grab rough measurements. Length, width, and ceiling height. Close is good enough.
  3. Loop in any decision-makers. If a spouse or partner has a say in big purchases or how the room looks, make sure they can join or be nearby during the call.
