Manufacturing defects usually show up in the first 90 days. A lot of them show up right at install, and our crew checks for problems as they build.

We're also local. When something's off, you reach the team directly. You don't sit in a chat queue.

We repair or replace anything that stops working

If a piece stops working the way it should, we fix it or replace it. Parts and labor are included.

2 preventative maintenance services a year

Our crew comes out twice a year. We lubricate your cables, balance anything that needs it and make sure your equipment is running in tip top shape for years to come.

Need us out? Owners Club members get scheduled first.

Ready for heavier dumbbells or another machine? Take 20% off new Forged equipment.

What it doesn't cover: Cosmetic damage Loss or theft Fire, flood or other natural disasters Equipment that's not at the original installation address That's the whole list.
